By registering for the AI Agent Conference (the “Event”), including through complimentary or purchased passes, you (“Attendee”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “TOS”), our Privacy Policy, and our Code of Conduct. If you do not agree, please refrain from registering for the Event.

1. Event Schedule and Speakers

The Event schedule, speakers, and content are subject to change. Firsthand Ventures Management, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to modify or cancel any portion of the program without prior notice.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available up to sixty (60) days prior to the Event date. After this deadline, no refunds will be provided.
• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual in accordance with our transfer procedures.

3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Firsthand Ventures Management, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Event or violation of these TOS, our Code of Conduct, or any applicable laws.

4. Disclaimer

The Event is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Firsthand Ventures Management, LLC makes no warranties or representations about the content, quality, or suitability of the Event for any particular purpose.

5. Badge Scanning

Your Event badge may include a QR code or similar technology containing personal information (e.g., name, email address). By allowing a sponsor, exhibitor, or third party to scan your badge, you consent to share that embedded information with them. Firsthand Ventures Management, LLC is not responsible for how third parties use or store the data they collect via badge scanning. 6. Use of Likeness

By attending, you grant Firsthand Ventures Management, LLC the irrevocable right to record, photograph, and/or film you and to use such recordings in any media for promotional or other lawful purposes, without compensation or additional permission.

7. Use of Content

By referencing or posting about the Event in any format (text, images, video, social media, etc.), you grant Firsthand Ventures Management, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content for promotional or other lawful purposes.

8. Governing Law and Venue

These TOS shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any legal actions arising out of or relating to these TOS shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

9. Entire Agreement

These TOS, together with our Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct, constitute the entire agreement between Firsthand Ventures Management, LLC and you, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.

11. Force Majeure

Firsthand Ventures Management, LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, or governmental actions. In such an event, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or otherwise accommodate Attendees; however, refunds may not be offered.

By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree, please do not register or attend the AI Agent Conference.
